Eligibility Criteria

To ensure we provide the right support to those who need it most, we have specific eligibility criteria for our supported accommodation. 

You may be eligible if you meet the following:

1. Age

   • You are 18 and above

2. Support Needs (Low to Medium risk only).

   • You are experiencing challenges that make it difficult to live independently, such as:

     • Homelessness or risk of homelessness.

     • Mental health challenges.

     • Learning disabilities.

     • Substance misuse recovery.

     • Other vulnerabilities requiring supported living.

3. Willingness to Engage

   • You are committed to working with our support team to achieve greater independence and eventually transition to independent living.

4. Referral

   • You can be referred by a local authority, charity, or support agency, or you may self-refer.

5. Funding and Agreements

Must be in receipt of any of the following benefits?

• Universal Credit

• ESA (Employment and Support Allowance)

• JSA (Jobseeker's Allowance)

• DLA (Disability Living Allowance)

• State Pension

• Pension Credit

• PIP (Personal Independence Payment)

2. Assessment
   Our team will review your enquiry and arrange a meeting or phone call to understand your circumstances in more detail. This helps us ensure we can provide the right support tailored to your needs.

3. Eligibility Check
   We’ll confirm your eligibility for supported accommodation, working closely with local authorities and support agencies where necessary.

4. Accommodation Offer
   If suitable, we’ll identify available accommodation that meets your needs and discuss the support we can provide to help you settle in and thrive.

5. Move-In and Support
   Once everything is confirmed, we’ll arrange for you to move into your new accommodation. Our dedicated team will be on hand to provide ongoing support, ensuring you feel safe, comfortable, and supported every step of the way.
